What happened this weekend ?

The fly in started on friday 14 august. The weather was nice and sunny. Many pilots decided to come to Schaffen today. 

Saturday, the weather was very sunny. Blue sky in the morning and around 11 o' clock, the first cumulus appears above Schaffen. Around noon we have 30 deg and alot of traffic at our airfield. Not only airplanes but also a lot of oldtimer cars visited the airfield.  

Sunday started very cloudy. Many pilots decide to stay in Schaffen till the afternoon. Around 2 PM the weather is sunny again.
In total 298 airplanes visited Schaffen. There were many beautiful and unique airplanes present. Hopefully the weather in 2010 will be perfect so many pilots will visit Schaffen again.
