1 - Uur van aankomst.
 
Daar er geen militaire activiteiten op het vliegveld zijn op vrijdag wordt het vliegveld geopend om 14H00 loc (12H00Z).

2 - Runways op het vliegveld van Schaffen.
 
Runway 06 en 24.

Door het specifieke karakter van onze fly in zijn kunstvluchten niet toegelaten.

5 - Varia.
 
Gedurende het weekend kan elke crew gebruik maken van:

• Een lunch en drankje op de dag van je aankomst.
• Een gratis begeleide toer naar te Citadel van Diest op zaterdag namiddag vanaf 14H loc.
• Kamping op het vliegveld, naast je vliegtuig.
• Transport van en naar je hotel aan 3 euro per persoon voor gans het weekend.
• Een BBQ op zaterdagavond aan 15 euro per persoon, gevolgd door de prijsuitrijking voor de piloot van het oudste vliegtuig, de jongste piloot etc...

6 - Accomodatie.
 

• Hotels zijn beschikbaar. Reservatie volgens beschikbaarheid.
• We kunnen enkel je reservatie bevestigen na ontvangst van 100 euro voorschot.
• Transport van en naar je hotel aan 3 euro per persoon voor gans het weekend.
• Kamperen op het vliegveld is toegelaten.
• Gebruik van een kredietkaart op het vliegveld is niet mogelijk.
